Spiral Backgrounds in Illustrator

A great tutorial for creating spirals from tutvid was easy to follow and amazingly simply. Be careful though because you might find yourself completely zoned into your work and this case, you could almost say call it play time. Here's a sample of what I created thanks to his tutorial.
